Fix Bolsheviks lands from turning black. Fix factory settings from not saving, and increase max to 1500. Sandbox games download totals do not increment if the owner downloads his own game. Fix army losses page as it was missing some figures. Add WW1 leaders to sandbox.

This game is an amazing turn based strategy game with lots of fun mechanics and an amazing new sandbox mode. I canโ€™t wait for new updates for this game and for French and Indian war.
