This Probation Check In app is an add-on for our online software. It allows an Apple iPad to be used as a kiosk in the lobby. The system will document incoming offenders, visitors and staff as they arrive. Notifications can be sent via text message or email.
Probation Check In replaces the traditional sign in sheet with a queuing system that documents each visitor with date and time stamp, records their reason for visit and notifies the right department or person that someone is waiting. Sign In information is stored for long term reporting and documentation. Easily search and recall any visitor and the person that helped them last. Reports include wait times, traffic volume, and export to excel.

To sync with an existing account, set your system id and password then type UPDATE for the name and hit enter. May take 15 seconds to update. Settings will be stored as defaults.

What's New in Probation Check In
26.3.0
August 25, 2026
Updating the kiosk app to integrate with the new scheduler. The app will now turn on and off with the scheduler in the online configuration. Scheduler allows on/off setting down to each half hour of the day. A more professional first screen has been added and soon the first screen will be customizable for branding. We also added the staff white board to the back end. Staff can pick an in or out of office status to help receptionists know where everyone is.
