What a joke of a product,probe doesn’t connect to the app and Home Screen doesn’t respond to any prompts. Don’t waste your money,do what I should’ve done and get the ninja one in the first place.

When it works, it’s good
When the Probe Plus works it’s good. The problem is the connection. It’s not reliable and I wished I checked the reviews, before buying this item.
Doesn’t work
Firstly, the app is not very intuitive, even if you do manage to keep the probe connected, it’s unclear how to use it.
Secondly, the probe loses connection all the time - both between the base and the probe, and the base and your phone. When this happens, the app loses the configuration of timer/meat/temp that you’ve set up, making the whole thing frustratingly bad.

A swing and a miss!
I was starting to wonder why you have not fixed your app with the thermometer. I pay good money for this and it’s a 50-50 shot if it will work. And the problem is not the meter. It’s the app itself.
Keeps refreshing
The temperature works. The app keep resetting itself while cooking so you loose the time of how long it has been cooking for and have to restart it. It does show you the internal temp. App needs some improvement!!!
Bug for iOS 26.3
After clicking “Get Started” I receive an “Attentions” [sic] page about placement of the probe. I cannot advance beyond there.
Don’t fall for it
This thing really does stop working after a few uses. It’s not cheap and somehow has 4-4.7 stars on Amazon but it must be Bot Accounts because this thing is not accurate at all anymore.
App and Unit do not work together
Wasted money on this as the app doesn’t connect. Try uninstalling and installing multiple times.
Awful
Worked for 2 uses but was questionable on accuracy, now it has a greyed out screen, says it’s connected but no reading. Tried reinstalling app, no luck. Threw it out. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
Disconnecting when leaving app
Everytime I leave the app and log back in, it resets the cook time and I have to do the whole thing over again which is extremely frustrating

App seems to work fine. You can set time/temp etc but it doesn’t hold connection via Bluetooth. I had my phone next to the oven with the probe next to the glass and it kept disconnecting. I don’t recommend this at all

Probe 1 will not connect. Alarm goes off with X displayed “Repeat er”.

Probe keeps losing signal. I have not been able to complete 1 cook with these probes as they keep loosing the connection. I have tried many times with different cooking methods. Not sure if they just don’t like heat.

Probe charges then pairs. The screen comes up showing the probe but the temp reads zero and the screen is unresponsive to taps. Charging. Resetting. Redownloading. Rebooting. No effect. Total waste. They include a coupon offering to pay you for a five star Amazon review so that explains it I guess.
