Bad UX

Overall, a simple and straightforward app with UI from 2010s. The app is very rigid and not so forgiving when it comes to making errors (Nielsen’s heuristics #3). Always have to reach out to customer support for help. Their support team is nice but even they can’t help bc whatever the user selected and pressed is „legally binding.“ Would never use this if it wasn’t because of my employer.

Ich benutze Probonio über meinen Arbeitgeber SNAIC GmbH und bin wirklich begeistert, weil alles angenehm einfach funktioniert. Man findet sich sofort zurecht und hat die Benefits komplett an einem Ort, ohne dass es sich kompliziert anfühlt. Am besten finde ich, dass man seinen Gutschein auswählen kann und dieser direkt verfügbar ist, sodass man ihn sofort nutzen kann, statt erst ewig warten oder irgendwas umständlich freischalten zu müssen. Für mich wirkt die App insgesamt super durchdacht, läuft zuverlässig und macht Benefits im Alltag wirklich praktisch. Klare Weiterempfehlung! 👍
