Amazing app! But…
Animation is literally H.A.R.D.E.R then trying to draw a perfect circle, so please add some kind of tutorial or tip when you press animation assist. But overall beautiful app!😎
Issues
I tried to use the app and it crashes for some reason after drawing a few lines. I have tried things to fix it from user error and it doesn’t work.

Wonderful app, but there's one minor problem
I am happy to tell you that this is an amazing app and I love using it to draw and animate whatever my heart desires, but there has unfortunately been a recent issue.
I tried opening a specific piece of art that I have saved today, and it would not load. So I tried to reload the page and entering the document again, but instead I was warned that the "document is in an unknown state and may be corrupted". This same slow-loading glitch would happen with all my other pieces, but they were not categorized under the same warning.
However, though I may be a bit wary, I will continue to use this app as it has every feature and tool an artist could ever dream of for on a digital platform, and nothing beats it, or gets close to the level of functionality and versatility this app stands on.

Definitely best drawing app
Tbh I use both Procreate & Procreate Dreams & it's SO GOOD like I've used it for about a year and now it's gonna be about a year and a half soon & the features r amazing & my rendered drawings become absolute masterpieces so thanks a lot Procreate ^w^
GOOD APP
I love this app sadly I can’t use it anymore because I have to install it but I don’t have enough space on my ipad but drawing was really fun on there it just takes up so Much space cause I want to draw on there so much
GREAT APP!! One issue though
Im not sure if I just don’t know how to use this app very well, but I wish it had a feature similar to the magic wand in ibis paint cause when I draw I have to use like clipping masks or alpha lock and it doesn’t always work out how I need it to, I wish I could just select parts of the drawing to color only

Amazing but
Amazing app for artists! But please update the folder system or stack system so that you can select multiple files and move them all at once into a stack instead of moving the stack to each individual work!! It seems like it should work, maybe it’s a bug?
Changing the shortcuts? We spent years learning this.
Honestly, the new update is completely heinous. This has been my favorite drawing app for years and I have spent years learning all the shortcuts and such… The most recent update has almost made it unusable. I don’t mind doing a little research to learn a new interface, but there is absolutely no information about anything. I spent years learning the Shortcuts and in the matter of a few minutes, I couldn’t even complete a tattoo. Tasks that I could complete in a few minutes have taken me hours tonight and I’m completely upset that there was no pin or update bubble of information about how things have changed. If you’re gonna change everything I’ve learned for the last few years at least teach me the new way. I cannot group images together anymore, none of the mechanics are working right, and if they change, you didn’t tell me? Or anyone else for that fact! I see the new comments on YouTube. and they’re not even selling me a full version I can pay for? I don’t understand why they would take this away from us. I’m starting to look into new drawing apps for my iPad and tattooing to recommend because I will no longer be recommending Procreate.

Gets worse every year
Please bring back the preview images in the gallery without the rounded corners. I want to be able to see my artwork as I’ve intended it. I did not intend for every work to have rounded corners. Some of these new “updates” aren’t practical or even aesthetic.
Please bring back the ability to group layers without the extra step of going into another menu. It’s really disappointing to see practical design getting stripped away.

So I’m writing this review over a small issue I’ve been encountering over the past few months. I love this app and have used it for a few years. Recently my brushes haven’t been loading. I can redownload them and that hardly works. I’ve seen people say it’s a storage issue but I have a good amount of space available and it still happens, app is up to date, is there something I’m missing?

I love art but there is usually no good apps for drawing, but when I found procreate, I felt like I ruled the art world ( Even though my first artwork was a scribble)
I love it it's so easy to draw but could you please fix layers in the animation it's so much harder to animate without layers I have ADHD and I need things to be easy otherwise I will give up

Frame Cap
This platform is awesome for drawing and animating, and has endless possibilities for cool creations, with one massive issue. The layers of animation cap out at 134, so you need to screen record separate sections and put them together if you want to make a long animation. This really sucks because I’m making a simple 30 second animation, and it’s already capped out twice. So if you want to do long videos, I suggest looking elsewhere. I stand by my unlikely hope that the Layer Limit will be removed in the near future.

I really love procreate and it is deep in my heart i don’t have any problems and yeah and I love how it has all PRO artist features I am trying to learn but I am rating this a overall 5/5 yay!😁 🎨

As much as I see the value of procreate i dont really enjoy using it my main gripes are as follows
*no fill bucket tool let alone customizable tool options - im aware of how to go about these things its still annoying theres no dedicated tool
*no other color wheel options circular is imprecise and square takes up too much space i prefer a triangular one
*no resizable / way to remove swatches entirely from a color wheel other than popout window
*pressure sensitivity customizations are annoying because of bezier curves rather than placing points on graph
*and a very very very very VERY strange feeling of my brush strokes being pushed to feel cleaner when stabilization is off or incredibly low
i know i can use other things, and ive used procreate on and off for over 2 years atp, but its still something i feel hesitant towards using

Lags happen quite often
It’s a very nice app, many brushes and options. But the app tends to glitch and kick me out many times, it’s becoming a bother

Strange Quality
The app’s pretty decent, easy to understand and all that. My biggest problems are with the image quality and the colour picking from an image. When you pick a colour from an image, it’s never the exact value. It’s always just slightly off, and creates that uncanny valley look. Also, the image quality. Where do I even begin… when you scroll out from an image, the app makes the image itself look deep-fried and fuzzy. I don’t mind some pixelation, but it actually gives me a headache to look at when I zoom out..

Bug with layers needs to be fixed
There is a bug in which the layers do not reorder when dragged, and only make a small closed folder-sized empty gap in the top or bottom where the layer was attempted to be moved. The only temporary fix for this is to completely restart your ipad, and it is highly inconvenient and should be fixed.
