Mala coordinación y atención.
Creas la orden, no dan información de seguimiento, la orden no llega el día que la aplicación misma dice que llegará. No contestan los correos electrónicos que ellos mismos proveen para ayuda e información, tampoco responden por las redes. La iniciativa es buena ya que promueve el consumo local, pero está mal administrada.

I have being using the app since the Pandemic and their service is impecable. Love the local products. They arrived the next day I ordered it and in great condition.

Not what it used to be…
My latest order took 5 days to deliver. Order placed on Saturday and delivered Wednesday evening. The driver said he doesn’t know why items are missing from the order. He said he is just given the bags. No receipt either. They charged the card full price even for the missing items. We had to call to inquire about missing items- they should have called me to say they cannot deliver and they don’t have he items. Not the experience I want.
