Inept team

The company we work for started using this data entry. It has been over 6 months and there are still so many issues. Not to mention the app doesn’t work. It fails to load information or send data. The customer service is almost non existent. They are quick to blame something on the user’s end. If you are looking at using productioneer, do yourself a favor and find something else.
