Dear Pipewrench36, I'm so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience and I would really appreciate it if you could provide us with more details so we can assist you. This comes as a great surprise to me as we have not received any complaints through our official support system https://mi4.zendesk.com/ or our customer support email: support@mi4.com which all Productioneer users are trained on using during their initial training on the desktop versions of Productioneer as well as the companion iPhone app. I would like to resolve whatever issues or complaints about the app that may still be pending, as we are constantly striving to improve the app and your feedback is very valuable. We have also recently released update 1.1 that included many speed optimizations and bug fixes that may be related to your experience. Please feel free to contact us so we can fix this.
