It says the lifetime price is zero, but it charges you after you download it.
No free $00 access
I don’t understand the point of proclaiming lifetime $00 access below in the in-app purchase section then it’s not even true. Either make sure it’s available & easy to find the offer or don’t bother promoting it as free lifetime.

Little Gem
This app centralizes all of the native productivity features on iOS (reminders, calendar, transcription) and enhances them with a unified interface and a touch of AI. It’s clear the dev has been thoughtful about the implementation. My favorite thing about the app has to be its extensibility via Siri and shortcuts. Allowing me to automate importing content despite where it was created.
