Not a thoughtfully planned out app
Very cumbersome to use.

This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever been forced to use. For one, you get to enter your billing address every single time if you have a different billing address from your property, despite have a box that says save billing address. Which happens to be for show only because it doesn’t save anything.
It charges you an exorbitant amount to just use to the app to pay your bills, while never telling you how much you owe until your payment is already past due. This app is so awful it makes me want to go back to writing checks and having to go buy stamps because it is not only easier but about 20 times cheaper.
