New update ruined app
10year plus paying customer. Their new reskin is not useable. Lots of places where you get locked in and have to restart the app. Lots of bad design choices in screen real estate and basic UX principals. Zero research or requests for feedback from actual paying customer like me. And reaching out to support gets a copy paste response without any genuine answers.
*Couple months later they did push an update with some improvements. I still wish y’all would just follow a typical ux path. Grab a cohort of some users, show em some screens, gather feedback, test, iterate. Lobbing developer choices at users without any user input is an easy way to lose customers.

Doesn’t work
This app simply doesn’t work as advertised. I purchased the subscription, but it didn’t find any product I scanned or searched and just showed no product found message! Not even the most popular products available in Amazon. It’s probably scam!
Awful
The new version is a disaster. 15+ year paying customer and I have to quit. Madness.

This company is out to take your money and give you nothing on return.
So glitchy it’s unusable
Anything I scan is either invalid or causes the app to crash. Literally any other app seems to be able to accomplish basic things that this app struggles with
WHY DO PEOPLE RECOMMEND THIS APP
Doesn’t work AT ALL. It’s not even worth the wasted time downloading it!

App works when it wants to.
The app only works when it wants. It will scan one item then goes into a loop of wanting to scan. Then once that stops it won’t let you scan til you close out the app and it starts all over. This app is a waste of money!

Not able to use the app in the U.K. but it’s on the U.K. apple store. This is only revelled once you have singed up useless.

Dead software de-list
This is not been updated in years crashes constantly not updated do iPhone 14 software. Don’t waste your time like I did. Developer take it down.

Could not scan and wanted to relogin to my fba all the time. I wish I could get a refund.
App Failure no support
I have canceled my subscription due to lack of app support and will never recommend this app. I paid for an account and it was malfunctioning due to error more days than not. I submitted 3 separate support requests and never received a response.
