Helps communicate clarity and keep focus
I have tried out various OKR’s software over the past several years, and profit.co is the best one I found so far. It’s simple, yet powerful with all types of features that can be unlocked as you’re ready for them. It’s helping my team keep an eye on the most important quarterly objectives. And it helps me ensure that everyone is focused on what’s important and have conversations around those objectives.

Easy to use, looks like it has what I need
I’ve been reading the book Measure What Matters for work to support our transition to OKRs. Figured that it would translate well into my personal life so I tried this app as it is one of the only OKR apps that doesn’t seem to require an enterprise login. I think there are a lot of goal setting apps out there, but for some people like myself, thinking of yourself as a business and setting yourself up to measure what matters to your “business” (e.g. mental and physical well-being) is important too. I spend most of my time at work thinking about how to make the corporation perform better. Makes sense to me that I should spend that time on myself too!
