Nice, but really want the Spiral test

Nice, but really want the Spiral test shown in App Store images. The alternate test provided seems much less sensitive. I've tried on both iPhone and iPad, but no spiral test. No obvious way to contact developer.

The app is very clean and is nicely laid out.
