Backpack Health is way better and a lot cheaper than MedicAlert. I like this website because you don’t have to worry about paying a silly subscription fee which would hurt your wallet and I like the fact that you can put your code on any dog tag, even if you don’t buy a product which is totally awesome. Way to go and keep up the great work. 👍👍

No longer supported?
Backpack is a good basic personal health record but does not work as well as Tidy Health app which is very useful and not complicated.
Unfortunately…
I really was hoping this app would help multiple caregivers for my family member to keep current of all her health and medical information. Unfortunately, every attempt to include a medication by typing in the name resulted in “sorry, no results for: (anything)”. I could insert “Furosemide 20mg oral tablets” by clicking on the included example, but she’s not actually on furosemide so that’s not helpful. I tried a couple of treatments and procedures too, but again, the examples can be included by clicking on them but not by typing in an actual name.

Doesn't work well
Won't actually let me add provider portals. I tap on "get started" on the data connections section and nothing happens
No longer supporting
They just emailed that they are no longer supporting this app. Don’t bother. Another example of a bigger company buying the smaller, promising the world, then closing it down.
