About
Overload is a strength-training app for people who lift the same exercises week after week and want to know exactly what to do next. You log every set; the app calculates the next progression.
How it works
You build a workout once: pick exercises, set a target rep range, and choose a weight increment. Every time you complete a session, Overload looks at how the last few sets went and either keeps you at the same weight with one more rep, or bumps the weight when you've hit the top of your range across all sets. No spreadsheets, no manual math, no remembering what you lifted last Tuesday.
What you can track
— Standard barbell, dumbbell, machine, and bodyweight exercises, plus your own custom movements
— Sets, reps, and weight per set, including bilateral exercises with separate left and right
— Body weight over time
— Rest timers between sets, with an optional notification when the timer ends
— A 1-week or 2-week rotating schedule so the app knows what's next
— Quick workouts you can log without setting up a template, and save as one later if it's worth keeping
What you'll see on the dashboard
A weekly summary, your training streak, recent sessions, an at-a-glance look at how each muscle group is trending, and your most recent personal records.
