The worst apps & ipcamera
Can not pan by small increments. It will just pan all the way up or down. Almost all function not working, like to zoom in. The worst apps & ipcamera. Ipcamera does not support both SD card & NAS. Only have option to choose one. And NAS also doesn’t work at all. Do not buy the Ipcamera. Bet no firmware update for ipcamera or apps update to improve the product. Why?

Need URGENT upgrade
The server respond is very slow and Some of the back button does NOT working with the latest iOS 16.0.3 (20A392), please upgrade as soon as possible as this is critical for user who had purchase the hardware devices.

Apps support multiple viewing of devices, however, there is no option to download recorded videos to mobile phone.
App needs serious fixing! Recorded videos disappear when you scroll from 3 days ago back to present.
It seems that devs team doesn’t care about the feedback I raised almost a month ago about the improvement of this app. No update or improvement at all.
