I really appreciate the app. It helps to connect with classmates and the video meetings are great to work on group projects. It’s a quicker way to get a response on your phone while away from your computer.

App crashes on Roster!!
May 13 update broke the app. Now Roster doesn’t show the right schedule and causes the app to crash

Pronto is the way our family stays connected. We share our joys and our sorrows, laugh at the funny things grandchildren say and do, support each other even though we are miles apart , all the while, staying close to our children and grandchildren.

Is needs to be more personalized. It sucks.

Needs ability to schedule send messages (without making it an “announcement”) and the ability to use bold text in messaging.
it’s a lot
busy working and my phone is going off all day. trying to sleep and in getting alerts allll day😩. there has been nothing important as i was reading just small talk. it’s very annoying.i just want to complete my work and be great.

Good interface but notification settings can be improved
The app works very well, and usage is intuitive and smooth. I like the option to pin or hide channels and messages as needed. My only gripe is that there is no notification settings that is in between “mentions” and “all messages”. We have the option to reply specific messages in a channel and this is incredibly useful, but you don’t get notifications for subsequent messages in the thread. Having a notification setting that encompass both reply threads and mentions will help to highlight messages that are directly related to your conversations, especially in channels with a lot of people.
