Love this app! My only wish is that it was available on Android so ALL my friends would join! I'm up to 6 so far ❤️🥰 love it!
Support doesn’t reply to emails
Not sure how to connect with support but there needs to be an option to set your weigh in goal to less than 3 times a week. My goal completions are off because I don’t weigh that often and personally don’t think it’s healthy to weigh more than once a week (for me). If support could reply to inquiries, it would be nice. That or remove the option to contact you… I’ve tried twice over the past few months with no response :/

Verification Issues
When downloading the app, you’re meant to get a verification code texted to your mobile. I put in my correct number & the code wouldn’t send through. I attempted this over 20 times, uninstalled & reinstalled the app and it’s still not working. Not worth the difficulty trying to access the app..
Great app with friends
I love this app. It’s accurate, super easy to use, I love that my best friends are on there so we can keep each other in check. My only con and why it’s 4 and not 5 stars is one of the sections is weighing in. There is no option to only weigh in 1 time a week. I want to use that function because I like having my steps, water and weight in one place but kinda annoying that the app wants you weighing in a minimum of 2 if not 3 days a week as the lowest. I know I can just not weigh in the other 2 days but my OCD doesn’t like not having that checked off every week as done. 😂 Other than that, FANTASTIC app, maybe the best health one I’ve ever used.

Issues Resolved
The app wont even allow me to validate my phone number. Every time I tried to put in my phone number it erases my attempts.

If you do come across the same issue at the sign up phase, try to copy and paste your number in rather than directly typing it in. It may take a couple tries, but it will work.
So far, the app has proven to be intuitive and most importantly the UI/UX is unparalleled. There are a lot of room for improvements, however out of many apps I have tried to manage habits/goals with friends; this one has impressed me the most so far. I look forward to using it and integrating it with my lifestyle.

More than accountability
I downloaded Proof as a recommendation from a dear friend. I have found a motivation that was initially based on accountability to be a constant driver in my use. However, as the days have going on, I have found myself thinking more about my health, and what habits I want to infuse into my life. It is a great user experience as well!

A catalyst for tangible changes to habits
The app looks great - it is simple and effective at communicating the necessary info to get you running (or walking) right away. I can definitely say that my habits have changed for the better since using the app. The bets are small enough that I’m not afraid to put some money on the line, but I’m still motivated by the desire to not owe anyone. I also appreciate the set it and forget it nature of the challenges - I don’t have to remember to start a new one every week. They are ready to go ensuring that my habits continue to build over time.
