NONEXISTENT “support@proozy” 1st & LAST ORDER!!!!
I recently ordered items totaling around $95.00. This was in mid December as I needed some winter gear. I’ve thought about buying from PROOZY for a while but hesitant due to the terrible reviews I’ve read online. I placed the relatively small order as a trial order with this place. They do have some great deals!! However,their customer service support is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I’ve sent NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THEIR “support” that apparently has no staff or reps?? Odd they have NO PHONE NUMBER EITHER TO CALL FOR ISSUES PERTAINING TO ORDERS?? That is just weird but so be it. UPS delivered my package to SOMEONE ELSE’S HOME! They take a picture of the delivery which clearly as NOT MY HOME!!!!!! UPS is a whole different experience and accused me of lying basically with ridiculous details given for me to do. I was told to call the chief of POLICE IN MY TOWN cuz UPS dropped my package off at the wrong address. That cannot possibly be they way that WORKS??? I tried to tell the UPS rep but like I said they blatantly thought I was full of it & lying. It couldn’t have been more OBVIOUS. Someone is probably very happy with their new winter clothes they received unexpectedly!!!!
When it comes down to it PROOZY should have made this right as I didn’t do anything sketchy just wanted my items replaced,
store credit or a refund. Idc which just want what I paid for!! In today’s WORLD $95.00 is $95.00!!! I don’t just have disposable money like everyone else in this country right now! They got my money & I got absolutely NOTHING. Now,have to do a charge back with my bank which is not something anyone enjoys doing!! This is unfortunately my first AND LAST ORDER FROM PROOZY!! How can you have a business that large and have no customer support phone number and ignore emails or have no staff to reply to them?? I’m actually quite confused about this issue honestly? I read their terms of service,it says that support will contact you if you have any problems/issues. Obviously,that’s not how they do things despite claiming in their own terms they DO HELP WITH orders with problems. This is ridiculous & I’ve sent about six or seven emails at this point. I have NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH HORRIBLE,NONEXISTENT SERVICE ANYWHERE & I order online constantly as I run a business that requires it. Good luck to anyone who deals with this place. I hope UPS brings it to your actual address & I hope you have no issues with your order cuz you’re screwed basically. Thankfully, I can do a charge back with my bank but what a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Maybe I’ll see the person that got my boots,coat,sweatshirt,etc as it was delivered to SOMEONE IN MY TOWN??? Merry Christmas to THEM!!!!

Payment methods restrictions
I had an email from PayPal, stating I would get a $10 discount, if I spent at least $100 on this site. When I tried to use it , PROOZY did not allow me to use PayPal as a payment method. False advertisement!

Still your Money No one to call
I signed up for this company with my work email and ordered some gifts from my brother. It’s been nine days and the order is still sitting there saying unfulfilled and there’s no one to answer my phone call and refund my money or send me my package. Don’t use this company. They will steal your money, worst mistake I’ve ever made. And read their return policy. They charge you seven bucks to return something. What a rip off.

Love Proozy
Their advertisement says App50 for half off via the app only worked on one item. Their 30% off code for Labor Day doesn't even work at all! Of course today is last day for half off so guess they kiss a sale and I miss a deal bc they falsely advertised!
Hard to find in stock items
It’s so hard to find what is in stock on this new app. The website is so much easier to see what you have in stock on sizes and colors instead of having to tab there each one to find what color may be in stock.
Takes A Long Time to Ship
Proozy always has great deals. Unfortunately, they take a long time before shipping items even after you've paid for shipping. It's been a week and the order confirmation email says to allow up to 10 business days to receive confirmation of items shipped. This is the reason that I tend to stick with certain merchants that have quick shipping processes.

Great prices, poor customer service response, no free returns
Prices can be great. Shipping is charged if you don’t spend a minimum amount. I had to make a return (size was too big). Getting the return label was easy. But it took a long time for my return to be processed. Over six weeks from the time the return was dropped off in the mail. It took a few emails from me to customer service before my return got processed. On top of that, there is a $8.99 fee for returns.

Proozy’s Variety of Authentic Goods is Awesome But…
I’ve been ordering from Proozy way before they even had an app. They’re excellent as far as their variety of gear, and their prices and sales are off the chain. However, I noticed that there’s not enough of a description when it comes to certain things that need to have absolute descriptions posted, such as the size of the bridge, lens, length of the temples when it comes to the designer sunglasses. I noticed that some of the sizes, although it’s small, medium or large differ from the clothes but at retail stores. Perhaps they get lots of clothes from the designer manufacturer that were subpar and they sell it to Proozy and then they resell it to the public. Not that I’m saying that Proozy sells but at times the sizes/fitment are definitely are different than what I have purchased at retail stores or other online platforms. Overall, their customer service is excellent. I’ve dealt with Katrina on occasion for about five, six years and she’s always pulled through. I hope the Customer Service reps that she hires train under her because she is excellent! So happy that Proozy has elevated themselves and their online shopping offers by creating an app. It seems easy to navigate so far but they definitely need improvement in the descriptions where certain specs are needed in order to make an intelligent decision to purchase. Kudos to Proozy as we customers are Choosy!

I placed an order Nov 16 for four items. Today is Jan 5 and I still have not received two of the four items. I sent an email to PROOZY and did not receive a response. When I checked on the order it says they are preparing the order. They are winter clothes for my grandkids. They won’t fit them next year- even if I do someday receive the order.

POOR Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of slippers online and your website gave me a “site not available” message but, I was charged for 3 of the same items! When I called to cancel 2 of the orders was told to leave a message and never received a call or email! I also emailed to request that only one pair be shipped, but never received a response! I just received 3 pair of the same item and I am told I have to pay 8.99 each to return 2 of the 3 pairs! If you had cancelled when requested I would not have to pay to return the 2 pair of shoes that were shipped incorrectly by your system being out of order! NEVER going to order again from you and will be reviewing in other sites-including Brads Deals!

NOT worth your time
Cheap items but they arrive later than foreign packages
Slow, slow, slow
Order sat unfulfilled for 20 days, after 10 contacted customer service and no response. Waited another week and contacted again and still no response. Finally 3 days later a response that order was cancelled. Other colors were available in my size that I could of ordered had they responded in a timely manner but now sold out. Have had successful orders in the past but also cancelled orders.

Don’t Waste Your Time
I used to order a lot from these guys but service has gone significantly down hill lately. I have emailed numerous times about a return I’m trying to complete and have received no response through their “contact us” link from their website. I thought they used to have a number with a live person, but not anymore. I also have emailed on an order I placed over 2 weeks ago that still hasn’t shipped. They can’t even give me an eta on when it might ship, hopefully before Christmas (the order was placed on Halloween). They also don’t do exchanges, so if you’re item doesn’t fit or you don’t like it and you bought it with a code, you’re out of luck and probably can’t get the deal anymore. Good deals but no worth the hassle.

Awful Service
In the past 60 days only 1 order has been sent. The rest have been refunded or are left unfulfilled. Customer service does not respond. Don't count on this company if ordering for gifts. If you get the ordered items they are as depicted though.
