The app is the go-to app for Project Managers managing Projects in real estate, construction, refurbishment and more. It contains detailed check lists for all kinds of Projects (Development, Capital Projects, Estates led, Sustainability, and more), Site Security Checks, Documentation (including Golden Thread) and what to check for in each. It gives the PMs the ability to choose quality checks, understand what is to be done, carry out these checks and then evidence them through embedded photographs and generated PDFs for individual checks as well as multiple combined.
