Intermittent function.
Less than enthused about the app. When it works it’s great but stops working at times on all out phones. The separate handheld remote works fine but not the phone app.
We Love ProPanel
If you’re not familiar with writing codes or developing apps and setting up apps then it won’t be easy. We have been using ProPanel for YEARS. No problems other than when changes are made and we have to wait for our techy in the family to fix the issues.

You can’t even use this app without a license fee and having an authorized dealer set it up. Why bother even putting it in the App Store?

My app just stopped working and now I get an error that says the developer needs to update the software to make it compatible with iOS. Prior to this, the app was great. Please fix this!

Yes.. Since IPhone 7, this App is rendered useless.. The only thing it will do is lower and raise the volume!!! I don't need it for that!!
Used to work until ios7, now completely unfunctional.
This was a great app, letting me completely control my A/V system through my ipad. Now it's completely useless. How about an update guys? It's been nearly two years since the last one!
UPDATE: Works again on my iPad, but now can't get it to initialize on my iPhone 6+. No support, they always default to "call your installer." How about a user support forum?

Fantastic when it works. But very finicky. Not working now after one month.

App is too unstable. Always asking for license and not connecting.

Save your money and the app space. When they say buy donate your money to charity. It will do more good.
