I measured a known are of 3 acres for practice and this app tells me it's 92 acres. Broken app
Not accurate
The information on my parcel was not accurate. It had the wrong selling price and old property lines. I paid $19.95 for a one week subscription and cancelled it after 10 minutes of use. If there had been a free trial I wouldn’t have wasted the $19.95
Really Negative Review
This app did not do what it claims to do. Just wasted $20.
Garbage app
Apple used to be something everyone wanted. Now we just want andriods. Low standards for the garbage they allow on in this store!
It’s definitely a pay app!
Doesn’t do anything for you except keep taking you back to sign you up for premium otherwise it doesn’t give you any information

Cannot click on a property
Must have complete legal address to do anything. Cannot do a lo #
Absolutely useless
This app claimed to be able to allow you to survey your property, but that is not true. You can look at a map. You can look at the official record of your property. You cannot locate yourself on the map of your property. You can walk your property line and it will record you doing so, but you need to know precisely where your property line is in order to do that. And the whole point of signing up to this app was that you don’t know where your exact property line is. So, a pointless waste of time and money.

Don’t Buy
This app is terrible, don’t even know what information it actually provides, it’s a waste of time and money, look elsewhere if you want something that actually functions
14.99 and boundaries page will not load.
Geometry map / satellite image does not expand to full page. Not helpful.
Waste of Money
Purchased the app thinking it would measure all the relevant survey data using GPS. It doesn’t. It basically does the same thing Google, Zillow and AcreValue do for free instead of $14.95 a credit.
Garbage
Wish I could give negative stars. Played with the app for 30 minutes thinking I was just misusing it. Nope. Save your money and just screenshot google maps to doodle on. Gives no measurements or actual location information that you don’t already know just by looking at maps.

Survey App
Property survey app that doesn’t show boundary Lines? You have to pay $20 monthly to have the service and then $14 per search. Do you take me for stupid?
Worst ever
For what you pay this is a joke its actually appalling to any educated person to think this even remotely qualifies as a property map for any parcel. A basic hunting or trail app is more accurate and better quality than this. Throw it out burn it and start over

Who thought grey lines on a grey background would make the optimal map? When out in the sun no less! I moved on.
No value
It is google maps with a drawing feature you cannot use without paying for. The property lines and all data are from google maps and the gps point is from your phone. Why bother?
