Not worth it
I respect that the guys behind this app are running a business, but gambling is all a guess anyway. Most of the features are locked behind a paywall that starts off at $19.99 a month.
Not working
The app stopped working but the online platform works and is fine. It’s been wonky and slow. Hope they fix so I can change my rating.
Save Your Money - Free Data Elsewhere
First off, PropFinder is slow to load and most features aren’t even working for me. More importantly, once you look under the hood, all this app really does is take publicly available data from FanGraphs and MLB’s Baseball Savant and repackage it into color-coded charts. That’s it. Everything in here is already free on those sites, presented by the actual sources so you know the information is correct, unlike the info in PropFinder. There’s nothing original. No unique analysis or anything. It’s just a subscription fee slapped on top of free information. It’s not the worst app I’ve seen, but there’s no reason to pay for it when the free data already exists in other places. I won’t be using it again. Do yourself a favor and just bookmark FanGraphs and Baseball Savant instead.

Best prop app
Been using the web version but this app is quick. Easy to use. Similar to the web version in a way but it’s more simple and easy to get the right kind of experience for an app. First day using it and I feel confident with it.
