Horrible
Never use them, they charged me $300, when I cancelled my 2 seats because I didn’t select some kind of thing that is hidden on the website to really delete the seat.

Proposify is Addictive and Awesome
Instead of worrying if a prospect has opened our proposal, now with Proposify I get instant alerts. I live for these electrifying moments in my day. I love the analytics I get on how long each page has been viewed. We would not go without having Proposify on our sales team!

Token expired. Has been like this for years. Unclear how to fix it.
Never Works
I’ve used this software for years on my desktop but the app has never worked. When it kinda worked, it sucked.
App rubbish, desktop great!
This app is soo slow, sends you a notification but then gives you a blank screen when opening it, hardly ever works and when it does, it’s not got many features! Could be a lot better and that would really set them apart from their competitors- shame, ruins the experience a lot!
Great Desktop - App Needs Work
Anyone downloading the app will likely be part of the system anyway. So this star rating is mainly down to the app.
The desktop / website software is great and I’m looking forward to the new version soon , hopefully a lot of bug fixes and annoyances are fixed.
The app though, I get token errors all the time and need to delete and re login. I don’t open the app super often as I mainly need to check if things have been viewed and happy with the notifications. When going to use it , I get errors and blank screens a lot. Which is frustrating. If my internet isn’t perfect I cant open any proposal even just to view , just takes forever to load if it ever does.
Lots of spinning wheels , even when on 50mpbs 4G+
There ain’t much the app offers other than an overview and just to check on progress really. Would be amazing if the speed was better and you could do simple edits and resend.

Needs full ipad support
The iPad has been around for 14 years. At this point there is simply no excuse for an app in the App Store to support only the phone screen size/layout. I gave this review 3 stars because I love Proposify. But is it a crying shame that I have to use it from a web browser on my laptop rather than my iPad that has a bigger and better display. Yea, I can use the web browser on the iPad, but why make me? I take an iPad to all my client site visits, not my heavier laptop. I should be able to create, edit, and send a new proposal from the Proposify iPad app in full screen, full resolution, and landscape orientation.

Never worked
I’ve had this app for a while now. It never works and always states that my token has expired.
Token Error
App is not good. Eventually the login token expires but when that happens, you’re not able to log back in, the login screen just keep spinning and if you click to another page in the app, it just says token expired so you have to delete the app and reinstall it to log back in. I’ve done that 4-5 times and I’m not doing it anymore.

Useless application
The app seems to have a glitch where it produces an error ‘oooops.. token is expired’ and when that happens there is no way to use the app, no way to renew the token, and no way to logout. It appears from online comments that they’ve had this problem for YEARS and Support’s only advice was ‘delete the app, re-download and install it, and let me know how it works.’ Don’t waste your time with this app.
