Come on guys FIX THIS
App recognizes my Mac but won’t let me connect and from reading reviews from FEB and before this is an ongoing problem and now it’s April and it’s still an issue?! PLEASE FIX THE APP
Doesn’t work
I use to be able to use the remote button for music music class. Now it just has the never ending looking for connection and doesn’t connect!
Buggy but useful
Useful for remote control of presentation so I can open doors for people while still helping the service. It’s crashed several times and has limited features. It works okay but don’t rely on a full, professional service entirely based on the Remote.
Not Working
When this was released it was great! Loved the new features and option. But for the last three weekends the app force quits when you open it and when you select a presentation it goes to a blank screen. You cannot select anything. Seems like no one is interested in fixing it.
Please Fix It 😭😭😭
I’ve used the remote app for YEARS. The new one has been nothing but frustrating. It crashes every 15-20 seconds. I’ve tried everything. Delete, install, new router, different computer, update PP7 on the computer, roll back to an older version. I mean. Everything. Help.
ProPresenter Remote works
The remote has been a huge game saver for me! When I Need to focus on something or fix something in my presentation, I am able to pull up the remote and fix it! Very efficient very useful
Doesn’t work
I used to be able to use the remote tab in the remote app that would have the slide that is up and on the side it would have notes that I could use for my sermon. Perhaps it’s with the newer updates, but now that part does not track… And now, this week, it won’t even load the slides. The network is connected, and it shows the playlists on the side and it will even show the category or items but when those are clicked, nothing ever appears on the iPad. PLEASE update and fix this.

FIX-Message don’t work
Messages don’t work any more. Either it doesn’t change anything or sends a long line of text. my guess it’s code that’s not properly being interpreted. Even the page is glitchy, navigation is glitchy on bottom half of page. Inputting anything the page then resets itself to below where the page should statically be. I really need this feature for child codes to work well and for volunteers serving to easily input into the messaging field I made. Please help.

Not production-ready
Very unreliable. Manages to somehow be MORE flaky than the previous app. Current version doesn’t even start, it crashes every single time. Frankly I don’t know how this app even passes App Store standards.

Very poorly done
No rhyme or reason. Select an option like “Follow current presentation” and it won’t … then go back and the option is unchecked again. I’ve got better things to do that to keep checking again and again if the settings I chose are still selected.
Typical ProPresenter…
Just like with ProPresenter updates, this was rolled out completely unfinished and untested. It only connects when it wants to. Many times, it will see the device, let me enter the password, and then nothing. Now, the app crashes upon opening no matter what device I use it on, so it is fully unusable. Bring back the old app until this one is even mildly functional. Right now, it has added 0 features and taken away my biggest one! With an app as necessary as this one, I cannot believe how slowly fixes roll out.

Doesn’t work
This new app doesn’t follow a complete playlist it does 1 presentation and then stops there. please fix this.
Accessibility Issue
The app breaks if you have a different system font size set. You cannot scroll to the top of some menus to make changes when you are live. Also it follows the slides, even when you’re off that setting so you can’t jump to where you need to take control.
Terrible Connections
This remote app used to work, but getting it to connect has become rare and unpredictable. I have to schedule people to run slides for events I used to be able to run myself.
It doesn’t work properly
This doesn’t work. Don’t listen to the 5 star comments. They are all either fake or don’t actually use this app. Putting up fake reviews to make your app look better isn’t going to make it work better. Spend your time on fixing it instead.
Force closes
iOS 26 on iPad is not working properly. It force closes itself.
IOS versión
The one thing that i realized is that it doesn’t work on different ios versions. For example if my ipad is on OS 26 and my computer on OS 18, it wouldn’t be able to work, if only this issue could be fixed
Hardly works
I click on slides and they don’t change. Tried on multiple devices and multiple networks. It’s similar to the last app, but worse. Also, no landscape mode.
Bring back stage
This update is not good. Two MAJOR problems: 1. Stage display on the remote no longer has the option to see the current and next screen, 2. The stage display does not automatically advance to the next presentation within a playlist.

First time using.
Couple things - positive the next slide and previous slide buttons are awesome. Couple things need fixed. Had to sign in with codes each time I opened the program. Also the size of the slides is smaller than previous remote, especially the next slide. It was small enough that that I could not read it. Ould it be enlarged? Thanks. Love ProPresenter.
