Useless
Totally useless. No address can be found when you search, and when I search via the APN, it gives me the wrong property. The app is practically a waste of space on my phone.
App is confusing
I can’t pull a list for a county without an apn and I can’t figure out what a apn is . I’m able to do this on the website but not the app

I love using the version from my computer. But the app is not good. It never works, always crashes. Constantly have to remove the app and download again.

Do NOT pay for this app all the leads are false information or to old and outdated.. not one single phone number these guys provide will get you in touch with anyone even remotely related to the property.. absolutely disgusting

App crashes minutes after opening or if I get lucky enough to view my map, it crashes after I click on a property. Please fix.

I use the website all the time, but when I use this app it crashes every time. Doesn’t pick up where I left off so I have to restart. No point of having the app

Tried the “free trial” didn’t like it, and attempted to cancel before the trial was over but couldn’t. then they charged me $200 and won’t refund

Functions but clunky
The app does what is needed but it’s clunky. One other thing I don’t like is that it logs you out after each session. I have to log in every time I use it. It’s frustrating when I’m driving and see a property and can’t access the map easily. I tend to mark location with onX hunting app and then review at my desktop since the PropStream app is logged out and slow when it is logged in.

Horrible app and website.
Terrible interface, website is in no way mobile friendly, and the app doesn’t even offer everything. Super frustrating to use considering it’s $90 a month
App lacks functionality compared to desktop website
In the App, you can’t use the map to find properties, unlike the desktop version. Unless you have the exact address you can’t really find other properties.
It is hard to navigate the app, I believe if they fix the user experience and add the same functionality as the desktop version website the app would be 5 stars.

no signing thing
When I’ve downloaded this app there was only a thing to login but I never had this app before so how would someone that are just now getting on this app will be able to get on the app but there’s no sign to make you account.

The app needs some developmental work. It should be just like the site so if you’re remote, you can filter out and generate lists, etc.

Only useful for D4D! Cannot type or effectively search properties. What is the point?!!!! Been like this for months, based on reviews & nothing has been done. Time to look into other options.
Great tool when the app works
I’ve been getting login errors on the app for days now. Website works fine but app just attempts to open for minutes on end, and when it finally does, the same happens when looking up properties.

Enhancements
This app is great on the desktop, but for the paying customers the mobile app needs attention — I cannot find my saved properties, and other items I have available on the desktop version.
