I like proptee, ok there’s not too many properties to choose from but more do show up now and again. Much like the stock market you buy a share of a property and get paid a dividend.

They don’t honour their agreements
They backed out of our agreement I would not trust them with more than £10 of my money.

Offered free factions, you take them and they sit there for however many days then they become payable and they withdraw them from you for breaching rules. I’m not the only one (look on Reddit). Awful customer service. Awful app. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
Thiefs of referrals
Dont trust in this App. They revoque your referrals without any reason. NOT RECOMMENDED
They will string you along and use your money
Had this app, all going well enjoying the interface etc. Then just as I could sell my shares and invest into other properties they remove them all for no reason. Very shady company who have no right selling the properties they sell.

Promising start
This is a new app that allows you to buy property and receive rental income. It all works pretty smoothly and will only get better with time. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.
