Isn’t it about time to upgrade the app?
May I suggest 2 things?
1) upon searching a person from my contacts, use name and email so that I don’t have type in everything manually
2) If there is a repeat guest, re-use the pass from the history and just update the dates.
These ideas may fall on deaf ears since no responses given by the developer on many negative comments.

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Regarding your first point about syncing contacts, we want to clarify that our app does provide incremental search functionality when syncing with your contacts. This feature allows you to simply type in the person's name, and the app adopts the same search functionality as your smartphone, making it easier to find contacts quickly. Rest assured, this feature has been thoroughly tested and works as intended. As for your suggestion regarding a "History Quick Add" feature, we want to assure you that this enhancement is already in our plans. We've received similar requests from other users, and we appreciate your input on this matter. Your feedback helps us prioritize features that will improve the overall user experience. We also want to take this opportunity to inform you that we are actively testing a major update to our app, scheduled for release in July. Not sure why our HOA decided to go with this app
Useless service software
Response from developer
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration with the recent issues you've encountered while using our software. It's important to note that the functionality of gate codes and ePasses is often determined by the specific settings and configurations established by each HOA. These settings can vary widely depending on the preferences and security protocols put in place by your management team. For example, your gate code may stop working due to the expiration date set by your management team for the specific pass type created and issued to you. They have the authority to determine the duration of validity for gate codes and ePasses, as well as the number of times they can be used before deactivation. In many cases, management may implement restrictions to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access. For example this could include allowing residents to issue only one-day codes or passes that are valid for a single use. These measures are put in place to safeguard the community and prevent misuse of gate codes that work indefinitely and can be shared with unauthorized persons If you are experiencing difficulties with your gate codes or ePasses, we recommend reaching out to your property management team or administrators. They will be able to assist you in ensuring that your settings are correctly configured to align with your needs and expectations as a resident. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Needs bug fixes!!!
When trying to add a guest to your profile, the scroll/drop down bars don’t populate with the pass type- so you can’t compete your action of adding a guest.
Our community is “mandated” to use this app to ease time at the gate for guest entry, but it’s totally worthless. I have to give our gate guards a list in person instead.
Work on some functionality fixes please!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your experience with our app. We empathize with your concern regarding the absence of recent updates. We are encouraged by the fact that since launch, hundreds of thousands of residents have embraced our app to streamline visitor management within their communities. Many of these users have graciously contributed valuable feedback and submitted feature requests. Behind the scenes, we have been diligently gathering this feedback and meticulously evaluating various avenues to enhance the functionality of our app. Currently, we are in the process of rigorously testing a significant update, which is scheduled to be released on the app store in July. This forthcoming update represents a comprehensive overhaul of the user interface, workflows, and available functionalities. Our aim is to deliver an enhanced and seamless experience to our users, aligning with the evolving needs of our community members. Regarding the issue you've encountered with adding a guest to your profile, we want to clarify that the functionality of pass types is often determined by the specific settings and configurations established by each HOA (Homeowners Association). Your HOA creates the pass types and selects which types residents have access to issue to visitors. If you are not seeing passes in your drop-down menu, it could mean that the passes have not been completely set up yet or have not been issued for use by residents. During a new implementation, your management team works closely with our support team and the installer to identify temporary and permanent pass types. Once determined, they select which passes residents can see in their drop-down menus. If none are selected, you will not see any in your drop-down menu. These settings can vary widely depending on the preferences and security protocols put in place by your management team. In many cases, management may implement restrictions to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access. If you are experiencing difficulties with seeing passes in the app, we recommend reaching out to your property management team or administrators. They will be able to assist you in ensuring that your settings are correctly configured to align with your needs and expectations as a resident. We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure a smoother experience for all users.
