Connection issues
Had connection issues on a brand new iPad. The host computer would never show up. Had to dig deep and found a setting that had to be changed. Go to settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network then turn on the slider for iKeypad. This worked for me. It was just very frustrating to try to find out why it would not locate the host computer.

Can’t find host…
The updates did not fix the issue with finding the score gen host. Session 1 always works great. After that, it is very inconsistent. Proscore is never any help, I don’t even call anymore because they just say we don’t know what we’re doing. We literally only change the session.
Someone please come up with an alternative scoring system!

Newer iPads freeze up
Newest model iPads freeze up if up try to change a score or hit the wrong athlete and try to back out. Customer no-service won’t help
iPad connection issues
I constantly have iPad connection issues when starting new sessions. When we finish a session everything can be working great. When we start a new session, 1-2 iPads connect easily. But it takes forever to connect the other iPads. The only thing that we change is the session on scoregen. It is very frustrating a stressful process getting each session going.
