Doesn’t work
I have downloaded the app twice, and I haven’t been able to use it yet. My friend recommended that I switch to Prose and said I can schedule and pay through the app, so I decided to give it a try. The first time I downloaded it was a week ago and I couldn’t create an account. I would enter in my information and click for it to send me a verification code but the button wouldn’t work so I couldn’t move past that page. I deleted the app and downloaded it again yesterday. It let me click the verification button after that but then said my username already exists and to login. When I enter in my username and password and hit enter, that button doesn’t work either. It spins for one second like it’s doing something and then stops and I can’t move past the login page to schedule. So I called the shop once again to schedule, which is completely fine, but the shop promotes the app and it takes away from my experience when it’s pushed on me yet I can’t use it.

Okay for Singles; Nevermind Family or Friends
You can book appoints pretty easily.
Problem is you cannot view all appointments you’ve made; it only shows your next two appointments. 🙄
For those with family memberships, it doesn’t give a good means to manage them.
It doesn’t let you book CBD treatments either with techs that clearly can do them.
It doesn’t give or show you receipts for auto-pay, so no more auto-pay for me.

Not so great
This app has a problem with font size. I can’t see all the number and letters, I chose a time thought it was 2:15 but it was 12:15, need to clean it up
