App Issues When Ordering
I placed an order using the app. During the checkout process the app froze and had to restart. No final confirmation of the order was received on my end. Went back to the app and the shopping cart was empty, so placed my order again. A few days later I received shipping confirmation for both orders and both orders were placed. Talked to customer service and they said I could return one but since I didn’t select their free return coverage at checkout I would have to pay for shipping. There are so many other options I will not be using this site or app again. I would also caution anyone else thinking about using this app, you’ll be left paying for it.

15% discount/gotta login
So I recently saw on their website that your first order on the app is 15% off discount so I got it and had to login to my account I made for the website. After this it automatically applies it to your cart after you reboot the app open again. YOU HAVE TO LOGIN TO ACCOUNT FOR DISCOUNT! thanks for reading and trying to get that discount. It’s about $10 depending on item

Not Legit
Terrible app and online experience. Clicked ‘Sign Up for 15% Off” didn’t get it. Clicked “Download App for 15% Off” didn’t get it.
The customizing in the app makes you go to a web based platform that wouldn’t let me pull up the cart or check out so I had to go back to their web page. Probably won’t buy here again.
