About
Why ProsoEase?
I created this app as a personal tool - something simple to help structure my meditation sessions and keep me present throughout.
The app includes fully customizable breathing and walking meditations, inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, whose wisdom has deeply shaped my own practice.
Each phase of the breath is marked by its own subtle and recognizable sound, gently guiding you without distraction. A soft pulse ticks each second, helping maintain rhythm. To deepen the experience, I've also added haptic feedback and a "breath light" - gentle screen color changes synchronized with your breathing.
ProsoEase helps me stay centered even in busy places like trains or cafes, turning ordinary moments into opportunities for mindfulness.
In addition to basic breath awareness, you'll also find two powerful techniques:
• Box Breathing - for calm and focus, used by athletes and professionals alike.
• 4-7-8 Breathing - for slowing down and reducing stress.
Use Breath Light when you want your practice to meet you where you are:
• Need clarity? Choose white.
• Feeling scattered? Ground yourself with red.
• Seeking calm? Let blue guide you.
• Looking for focus and energy? Try yellow.
• Craving emotional balance? Green is your companion.
Each color supports a different state - subtle, intuitive, and always in sync with your breath.
For walking meditation, you can explore six structured techniques - from a simple left-right rhythm to the highly focused 6-Phase Walking Meditation, my personal favorite.
I hope this small tool supports you in creating moments of stillness - wherever you are.
May you walk in peace and breathe with ease.
