Platform with Zero Accountability
They used off-market pledged shares (not in their custody!) to calculate FIFO and deducted tax on phantom capital gains. When I submitted SEBI complaint, they responded with legal jargon and deflection. No resolution, just an abrupt 30-day account closure email. It’s a platform that behaves like it’s above regulation. If you’re an NRI or long-term investor, think twice — there’s no protection if they mess up your tax or ledger data.
