Platform with Zero Accountability
They used off-market pledged shares (not in their custody!) to calculate FIFO and deducted tax on phantom capital gains. When I submitted SEBI complaint, they responded with legal jargon and deflection. No resolution, just an abrupt 30-day account closure email. It’s a platform that behaves like it’s above regulation. If you’re an NRI or long-term investor, think twice — there’s no protection if they mess up your tax or ledger data.

Issue on IOS mobiles
In iOS mobile devise applications is not working properly. While I reported to Prostock team and said no issue in iOS device. But whenever I login the account the numbers are not move / freeze the numbers. I need to do multiple timer servers change and many times I am not able to exit the strike.
First learn the basics of making an app and then launch

Biometric login not working as intended
Even after having biometric turned on in the app, I have to put the password manually to login into the app. This should be fixed as the true intend of login into the app with just Face ID is dissolved completely.

Limiting 25000 order quantity
sadly they are limiting max order quantity to 25000 if you are a bulk trader or penny stock buyer don’t prefer ProStocks because of this limitation.

Its better than previous ones, kindly add option chain and multi leg orders from option chain directly!! Then this will become simplest and best app available!!
