Me parece lamentable que los contactos de emergencia no reciban notificaciones. He llamado al servicio técnico desde hace años para obtener una respuesta sobre ello y parece no importarles. Hoy mi padre se ha vuelto a caer y no lo veo en el historial y por supuesto no he recibido ningún tipo de notificación de la caída.
