Blocked my user in the middle of the night.
Blocked my user in the middle of the night and I am not able to disarm, recover or do anything. App password recovery is not working as the country prefix added automatically and I am not able to delete however in this format the app not accept it. Account recovery not works as it said app has already an associated user. Yesterday my app worked and just blocked my user. I am not able to log in, recover or reach any customer service in the middle of the night.

Terrible
This update broke my connectivity. I can no longer see the alarm status. If I swipe down to refresh it spins for about a minute then crashes. Have been putting up with having no control from my iPhone to set the alarm, or view status, for about a month. Verisure support were no help at all.
Ruined by spam
Verisure has started sending useless notifications at the worst of times, and offers no way for me, the customer, to opt out of them. My only option is to totally disable notifications, which defeats the point of having the monitored system. I’ll now check competitors, as this is just bloody awful. What a terrible decision by Verisure.
