My alarm stopped working so I took it to verisure they were honest and said it stopped out of contract so I got a new alarm and works amazing still

Why doesn’t the camera have all day audio and video recording where we don’t have to physically keep choosing to take clicks when we want to see what’s happening. Does the camera not have that facility?
Terrible, never works properly.
Terrible, never works properly and I’ve been constantly call out engineers to get it sorted out right. They don’t answer phones for 30mins
Great compared to the new app
I’ll honestly miss this app and system in comparison to the new alarm system and accompanying app. This one was simple and effective.
It gives notifications and keeps a log and of course the best is being actually able to alarm and disarm remotely.

App Has Bug
This bug is still there 30 mar 2021. The home screen doesn’t show the circular larm button, just a small recycle sign. If you press it you can only turn off the alarm. This product needs a better way report bugs to get the app fixed.
