Not functional
Anytime I try to activate the VPN, it gives me a pop up that says “User authentication failed.” Then another on the top of the screen that says “Error Cannot connect to server.” I’m not going to pay 9.99 a week for a VPN that won’t work.

Attempting to Charge Card After Canceled Subscription
This app works but I wanted to do the 7 day free trial, the same day I bought the free trial I unsubscribed. So it doesn’t expire until Nov 3rd, 7 days later, but for some reason this app has tried to debit my card numerous times, before the expected payment. Beware! I am NOT paying for a subscription I canceled!!!

Deceptive ads
An ad popped on my elderly mother’s iPad stating her iPad was heavily damaged from visiting 8 adult sites … download your app to fix it. Really? This is how you want to get customers? Besides lying, you are not even an antivirus or any type of app that would fix her iPad. You are a VPN app. Stop with the deceptive ads. I am going to do my best to make apple knows about your deceptive practices.
