Needs more integration
I believe it needs the ability to have cloud connectivity for ease of use. Also most access control apps these days are compatible with CarPlay for operating the system as you arrive home or office.
Apple Watch compatible will also be a bonus. But overall a great system.

No Home Kit or Apple Watch or Siri or Shortcuts. Only works on local network.
Clunky and hopeless. If not on local network need to have static dns service. No Apple Watch. No Home automation possible.
Notifications on arm and disarm has stopped
All of a sudden my notifications on my phone and wife’s phone has stopped when the alarm is armed and disarmed. Is this a glitch in the app / bug ?
Works okay but could be great
Doesn’t allow changing a users access levels from the app. Seems like a really simple obvious bit of functionality that’s missing.

Few updates, crude and basic. Some frustrating features and low security on the app itself. Too easy to hit a button, arm, disarm unlock, by accident.
Events are harder to get to and from and slow.
Great free push notifications! They just need more configuration and some removed.
I still don’t give this to most of my customers accordingly.
There is an amazing third party app for another alarm panel that is incredible and supported. Maybe ICT would be interested in a third party to develop their app or do they support third parties to develop their own app for WX/GX?
Lacking many security and config features. Attaching and connecting to controller requires an ICT account attached to the controller and credentials to the controller and IP and port forwarded port, make it one or the other. Can’t have multiple emails attached to controller, so restrictive. Push is un-configureable, on or off. Too many unnecessary and erroneous pushes. All users have Full Access to whole system, zones, outputs, areas and can manipulate at will with no credential check. Very easy to mess up with the app, so easy to touch something by accident and cause problems. I accidentally armed some areas while in the building, couldn’t disarm fast enough. An button may show one state on one screen and another state on another for the exact same thing (area, zone, output). I could go on....... I have only given it to one person of all much customers as it is going to cause problems and receive security. They aren’t updating much either. Hope they get on it as this is a toy app. I hate having to deflect from it. One of the weakest features of ICT.

Battery hog
Full battery to 0 while in low power mode. Protege was 89% of the consumption overnight just sitting there.
No notification sound
I don’t get a notification sound when a notification comes through, phone is on loud and other apps make sounds.
Home kit integration and watch app
The app is so amazing but I would like to be able to use nfc on my iPhone for ict products and also I would love yo see and Apple Watch app where u can bring your Apple Watch up to the reader and it opens with nfc

It won’t load 80% of the time and I can’t open any of my doors - please fix this bug
Very slow to load
Once loaded it works well. However it takes ages to load - waiting while looking at the spinning “loading” gif is very frustrating - especially when you’re in a hurry to get the gate open. Please can one of your developers look at making the code more efficient. Thanks
This app triggers my Apple Pay
Instead of unlocking my lobby door access, it opens my Apple Pay. Frustrating!
Slow and unreliable
This app is so slow and so unreliable, utterly annoying. ICT please fix this!
Garb ap
Just straight up Garb, I have had issues where I can’t even type my password and then I can’t log in. Then it says my password is wrong. Just issue after issue.
Still very Beta.
I don’t offer this to most any of my customers. It still pretty amateurish. Does the job for many things, yet risk of hitting other stuff, poor layout, not well thought out. Was hoping they would improve it over time, yet only some bugs have been worked out.
Can’t change settings on the app if you can’t access the controller. So I can’t turn push off without turning the whole app push off. There is no logical reason I can’t edit a site settings if it can’t talk to the site.
It’s has push, great. Should validate an alarm PIN to disarm at minimum. Slow to load every time.
It’s more of a toy or diagnostic tool.
