Is this on purpose? They offer you great deals in store if you have the app. But then you are unable to actually hit the “join now” button to sign up? No one in the store knows how to help either. The website is similar. You can edit what meal or shake you would like

App sucks
Took me 10 mins to place order. Won’t recognize me despite already being a member. But also won’t let a new member as my emails already there. Never received condor email for pass code. Pia!

Always enjoy the superfood salad fresh ingredients different flavors that blend together well
Rewards not working
App states it applies the rewards and that there is an “Apply available offers” button at checkout but neither occurs. I have most updated app and iOS.
FIX THE APP!!!!
App not working properly now past two weeks!! Redeeming rewards points with either before or after checking out is not working!! Already emailed you guys about this! Please fix!!
Needs Major Updating
If you order then realize the location is wrong you have to go back, change location then start order all over again, and I was close to the top level then they reset my account. Now I’m back at first level for rewards. UPDATE: The app has not changed. If you need to edit your order for any reason you have to start your order all over again. ALSO the email promotions do not work on the app as the email states. Emails say to order on the app for $5 drinks but they are still full price.

La Salle Location Is Awesome!
The La Salle location is wonderful. The new (corporate) app is NOT! But the staff at this location helped me navigate through this new app so kudos to them!!!

Trying to order delivery, it asks for a phone number which I enter. Then it still gives an error to enter the phone number. Won’t work and won’t allow you to order.
