The biggest update since launch. Your record now covers more of how protocols actually work, and getting started is faster. Doses Mark a dose as skipped, with a reason. Skips show in your history and on your clinician report as a neutral fact. Twice or three times daily schedules, with a reminder for each dose. Enter the titration plan your prescriber gave you and see which week and step you are on. The app never suggests amounts. Logged a different amount? Choose "Just today" or "Update my protocol" instead of the app rewriting your schedule. Week counts restart honestly after a break of 14 days or more. Compounds Add your own compound if it is not in the catalog. Schedules, reminders, supply and exports all work with it. Two new blends: CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and BPC-157/TB-500. Log how a dose is taken: injection, nasal, oral or topical. Sprays no longer get an injection site. Body map Left and right glute, plus left and right flank. New symptom: injection site reaction, linked to the dose and site. Measurements in inches or cm. Supply Pens. Enter total mg and the app tracks what is left. When two vials are open, pick which one the dose came from. Notes on any vial or pen. Cycle Phases follow your actual cycle length, not a 28-day template. If no period is logged for a while, the app stops guessing and says so. A "Not cycling right now" switch for birth control, pregnancy, menopause, or if you would rather not track. Period logging still works. Pregnant? Pause every protocol in one tap. Your record Break history with reasons. When more than one compound was dosed, choose which one a side effect belongs to. Enter lab values by hand. Values only, no interpretation. Export includes your full protocol history, breaks, vials, lab values and lab files. The clinician PDF shows schedule changes over time, past breaks, skips and labs. Getting started A shorter, faster setup. Fewer screens, no keyboards where a tap will do, and your protocol shown to you before anything optional is asked. Dose reminders and product news are now separate choices. Plus dozens of fixes, including period records that could be stretched to the wrong date and a paywall feature list that reads correctly with no compounds selected.
