About Proton Huber Competition Proton Huber Competition was founded in March 2016 in Neuburg/Inn by thirty-five year old Team principal Christoph Huber. In its first year, Proton Huber Competition was called “Lechner Proton Huber Competition” and participated with 4-5 cars in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and did a guest start in the famous Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup (F1 Support race, Austria). Achieving a third and fourth position in the Overall Standings, first and second place in the B-Category (for Amateur Drivers), claiming the Rookie Championship and finishing in second place in the Team Championship it was a quite successful first year.
