IS IT TRULY SAFE
My phone got locked up. Off to the phone store. All e mails needed or not. We’re fully encrypted to myself and anyone else. That’s that in a clam shell with no clam to see !

I put in my email and password 27 times and finally on the 28th time it gets in there other than that it won’t let you into your account no matter how many times you put the correct password in not good
Lacking a very basic thing
Why in the world can't you add something as basic as ‘select all’. As it is currently when I'm trying to clean and organize my mailbox I have to select each item and then it tops out at 200. FIX IT!

Do not use Proton. I created an account and never used it anywhere. I got notifications and pop ups for them trying to sell me stuff I don’t want/need. I already hate clearing notifications and would rather chew glass than use a service constantly trying to advertise to

Not user friendly
This used to be a great personal email service and like all they expanded to more services that I don’t care about to charge money.
Now this is a highly complicated email service that is hard to use , I have used so many email services for 2 decades and it took 4 hours just to change the email password, I have to change it over and over to finally it recognizes its own password recommendations.

Great app- missing teams meeting banner
I really enjoy this app overall, I’ve had a few instances where I couldn’t respond to a teams invite from the app. You have to respond on the web browser which is a little cumbersome

New bugs: drafts don’t go away after sending the email
Drafts fill the Draft folder every minute. 😖😖
I logged out from every device and logged back in but the problem doesn’t stop.
And it’s still Slow to start, delay happens on both iPhone and iPad
It happens since the last update 7.10.1
Before it was working with no delays.
When I launch the app, it takes two seconds to appear. The screen is all white and then it start working. I tried to delete the app and restore it few times, but the issue stays. When it starts before I login it’s fast, after I login the white screen / delay happens . Please fix it!

I’m just trying look at my emails to find out when golf tryouts are and it’s giving me a code so I don’t know what it says and I’m not going to know when the tryouts are
Awkward
I set up an account. I am logged in the app but when I try to log in somewhere else my saved password comes up as incorrect. The online guide how to reset password is incorrect. So, before I even sent my first email I’m locked out of my account. Not very user friendly.
Annoyed
I wanna love Proton…I really do but why are emails that I deleted literally weeks ago continuously showing up in my inbox?! And why are emails not coming through? For instance, I pressed forgot password so an email was sent to my proton over an hour ago that I still have not received. I don’t like that at all

Betrayal
Have been a user for ten years plus… got busy and did not use for a few months (2 or 3). Opened the app today to find they deleted EVERYTHING and sent me an email bragging about it. All the emails i only kept there from my dead father… gone. I had no idea this was a thing. I will never use or recommend again.
