Free service limitations
The free service provides a random country as your IP address. Often this leads to issues around websites displaying text in a foreign language (Google maps as an example, among others). This often leads to having to turn off the VPN and refreshing the browser to be able to read websites.
The paid version probably lets you pick the country so you can avoid that issue.

Effective but UI substandard
I find this be a really effective VPN. However, the user interface leaves a lot to be desired. Also, while there are many servers along the East and West coast of the States there are relatively few in the middle of the country. Not sure I’ll be renewing my subscription.
