Crashes and Unstable
Clearly not an actively managed app as it continuously has issues, crashes or doesn’t load. Has great potential and valuable insight - too bad.
Doesn’t work half the time
The app rarely opens taking away all convenience of paying your bill online. I will say the terrible service extends to the company itself.
You’re lucky if the app opens
More times than not, the app doesn’t open. It is very frustrating especially when you need to either order propane or want to see how much you’re being charged. This is been the same issue for 6+ months.
