Forced Permissions for Unavailable Apps - Unusable
Minimum requirements - iOS 15. Forces user to enable notifications and access to Health app. Health app is available on iOS 17. I have an iPad that maxes out at iOS 16, so I can’t grant access to an app I can’t download.
Lack of foresight in development. How on earth did this get released? Because of these requirements, I literally cannot use the app.

VERY POOR
Someone from Paris, Texas calls and wants to set up a Virtual Therapy appointment. ??? She did not indicate which doctor this is from. I could barely understand her accent, and I have never heard of this ‘Virtual’ therapy. Besides, who would want a ‘virtual’ physical therapy session? Sounds like a SCAM.
I called back and CANCELED all upcoming appointments.

Nearly unusable
It will not allow you to login until you give it your daily pain, status, and physical activity, but it consistently fails to log this and won’t let me in.
Reviews must be fake
This app is seriously one of the worst I’ve been forced to use for medical anything. Half the menu options don’t even work. Trying to upload medical documents and fill out surveys makes no sense - why aren’t my records from the hospital in here already? Why does the survey totally disappear? The navigation and IA of the app is scattered and all over the place. You can start random video calls accidentally and not even know you’re on one. There’s a bladder monitor in the top nav? For some reason?? Judging by the build quality of this app, your personal data WILL be leaked, there is no question about it.
