It will not allow you to login until you give it your daily pain, status, and physical activity, but it consistently fails to log this and won’t let me in.

This app is seriously one of the worst I’ve been forced to use for medical anything. Half the menu options don’t even work. Trying to upload medical documents and fill out surveys makes no sense - why aren’t my records from the hospital in here already? Why does the survey totally disappear? The navigation and IA of the app is scattered and all over the place. You can start random video calls accidentally and not even know you’re on one. There’s a bladder monitor in the top nav? For some reason?? Judging by the build quality of this app, your personal data WILL be leaked, there is no question about it.

User Friendly - Convenient Care
I love this option for virtual therapy! The app was quick to set up and navigating to access my appointments couldn’t be easier - once you’re set up and logged in, there is a big button to click to start your session. My therapist is fantastic and the built in exercise program has great pictures and videos that are easy to follow.
