With Provilac for amazing products and even better customer service experience
I am with Provilac for almost 1.5 years now, and the experience has never been better. A lot of times this new companies give very good customer service in their initial days, but despite securing investment from big players, their aptitude and attitude towards their loyal customers has only gotten better with time. I would highly recommend Provilac for not just good products, but for complimenting customer service quotient as well.

Change of address
In the past, I never had problem to update address on app or sending message to update the same on customer care WhatsApp.
In my case we at times stay in Mumbai and some other time in Thane. Hence we request to update the address.
Last couple of days it has been problem in updating the address, even after request was made to customer care.
On 15th July I received order as per Mumbai address as requested.
But on 16th , milk was delivered at Thane address, though there was no request to update the address.
I then checked that address for 16th delivery was not updated even after receiving message that problem is resolved.
Hence I feel your app has serious issue.

Poor service
I’m extremely disappointed with the terrible experience I’ve had with your customer support, it’s shocking in this digital age no proper support, Honestly, whoever is handling customer care department should be replaced.
I’ve called multiple times but got no response. When someone finally called me back, she said she’d help resolve my issue but never followed up. I tried calling the same number several times afterward again, no answer.
Can you imagine not getting milk delivered to my doorstep and then having no way to reach your support team? I might as well just call my local milkman instead at least he’d pick up the phone and place a new order
I paid ₹99 just to test your service, well, this was like watching a bad trailer. I have no interest in seeing the full movie.
To make matters worse, your app doesn’t even show my recent order. How can you run a business like this? I did raise a ticket, but only got a response after five days.
I’m definitely not satisfied and I won’t be using your service again.

Every time you order you can get the best service from provilac , not only the milk is in good quality also the taste is very good , you can order from your own side from application and also by just leaving a WhatsApp message also the support services on call is best .
Payment failure issue not resolved with new update
Always a issue with this app. Never able to do recharge for this app in single go. Always shows transaction failed even though amount is debited to account and balance never gets updated in the app. Always need to lodge complaint in app to get my balance credited. This is tedious and not smooth process. Developer needs to focus and resolve this issue.

Unable to sign in
I already have an account and recently downloaded this app to restart my milk subscription, only option I see is sign in/sign up page and when I enter my number a message pops up saying you already have an account with us please use sign in option but I don’t see a separate sign in option.
Rude Customer service: Spam calling
I just downloaded their app to see the different types of product offerings, after that they’ve been spamming me with calls: when asked to not call: the customer service rep is showing unnecessary attitude and being extremely rude on the call. Would never order from here if this is how they treat their potential customers.

I’m using it since 2 weeks around
I only drink buffalo milk which is okay type. I like paneer and protein milk in taste however protein milk is too much expensive for 250ml so I just tried once. Milk is okay but I don’t get thick cream on milk so Okay exp till now for me.
Timing is a biggest issue
There’s no doubt that the milk is good. However, delivery before 8 a.m. in NCR with Provilac is seriously a challenge. One day, a delivery arrived at 5:30 a.m., which felt like a nightmare. I am looking forward to the day when Provilac improves its supply chain and allows customers to receive their milk later in the day, preferably after 11 p.m. This change would be greatly appreciated, as the delivery personnel sometimes get upset if we’re unable to accept the delivery early in the morning. Let’s see when Provilac address this timing issue.
