I took a monthly subscription for their 500ml high protein milk . It got delivered for 2 days and after that they keep deducting money but i do not receive any products, no customer support executive has called me raised multiple support requests. At this point just buy whey isolate instead of this app .

Honestly saying, they are scammers, they first offered free sample through their website, so i took it, just to check the quality, i downloaded this app to check status about my milk delivery, they even showed it as an upcoming order in my account, today i checked, its completely vanished, my order is neither in the upcoming order or the previous ones, they literally just wanted their app download, and at the time of actual delivery no one showed up, no call, no message, infact order is completely vanished from my account as it was never there, really disappointed and amazed by their service and actions

With Provilac for amazing products and even better customer service experience
I am with Provilac for almost 1.5 years now, and the experience has never been better. A lot of times this new companies give very good customer service in their initial days, but despite securing investment from big players, their aptitude and attitude towards their loyal customers has only gotten better with time. I would highly recommend Provilac for not just good products, but for complimenting customer service quotient as well.
