One day I was playing this game and I was in a bonus. All of a sudden the game went out and I couldn’t get back in the game. I contacted tech-support two months ago and I keep being told we’re working on it. That is a bunch of B.S. and I’m sick of the lies.

I have YET to receive my redemption from 01/03/26. It’s 01/08/26!!!!!
I originally reached out to the customer service and kept getting blanket replies. I have been playing this game platform for months so I know how long it takes for my bank to process redemptions.
FIRST they blamed my bank. Had me send my personal deposit info for verification
NEXT they waited several days to even look into the situation
NOW I can’t even get a tracking number or anything to verify with my bank
It’s been well over the PLEASE BE PATIENT faze. I’m STILL WAITING ON IT
I will NOT be giving a 5STAR rating

They will tell u that your bank has the redemption payment, ask you to take a video of your account WHICH BY THE WAY SOME CREDIT UNIONS AND BANKS FORBID ! DUE TO FRAUD !, EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE PROVIDED SCREENSHOTS IN ITEMIZED ORDER OF YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT! They insist upon the video KNOWING YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE IT BECAUSE OF THE VIOLATIONS OF PRIVACY LAWS BEEING BROKEN JUST SO THEY CAN SCAM YOU OUT OF THE REDEMPTION PAYMENT! SO UNBELIEVABLE!
