I use to like this game
One day I was playing this game and I was in a bonus. All of a sudden the game went out and I couldn’t get back in the game. I contacted tech-support two months ago and I keep being told we’re working on it. That is a bunch of B.S. and I’m sick of the lies.

I originally reached out to the customer service and kept getting blanket replies. I have been playing this game platform for months so I know how long it takes for my bank to process redemptions.
FIRST they blamed my bank. Had me send my personal deposit info for verification
NEXT they waited several days to even look into the situation
NOW I can’t even get a tracking number or anything to verify with my bank
It’s been well over the PLEASE BE PATIENT faze. I’m STILL WAITING ON IT
I will NOT be giving a 5STAR rating

Really lagging especially for pudding $6000 in the last couple weeks you think the app would freaking work sometimes the payouts are quick sometimes they’re not. I’m not really sure how they determine that but it’s all right. It’s been better though.

Also I’ve noticed that if I try to redeem anything over a hundred dollars it says that I’m not verified and the only way for me to get my money is to redeem small increments.🤨

Awful spiteful customer support
So my son got ahold of my credit card and i thought it had been stolen. I called the company, paid for what he charged, but prowess spins customer service had frozen my account in the process. I showed them proof it was a mistake and rhe bank had stopped any investigation. I was treated like an enemy the whole time. I still don’t have my account and have been led through hoops. There are plenty of other games just like this with better customer support I promise.
